Don’t help the most people. Help people the most.
In a world where every “like” is counted, and every possible metric metered, it can be ease for our thoughts to be skewed by the number game. It doesn’t take much to start thinking that we need to touch the masses with whatever God has gifted us in.
“If I could only reach more people then I could . . . ”
“If my email list was only larger then I could . . .”
“If only I had a larger stage then I would . . .”
If you want to change a million people’s lives you will have to learn how to touch one person’s life.
I want to suggest to you, that you can change the world more by touching one persons life in a deep way, than influencing millions in a shallow way.
I want to suggest to you that by deciding to help people the most, rather than trying to help the most amount of people, you will gain massive influence. Influence based on deep seated trust, rather than short lived curiosity.
By doing so you will see the change you hope for happen faster, go further, and be sustained longer.
Do the HARD WORK. Skirt the fame. Help people the most.
