In this second hour with Branden, we continue our discussion about Ahmaud Arbery–specifically in relationship to how we personally should reflect, respond, and act in light this event.
The biggest take away for me was Branden sharing how the voluntary embracing of pain and suffering opens the doors to a rich life.
We conclude this talk with Brandon by debriefing some of Branden’s thoughts and his charge to us. Along with the fan favorite Weaver and Loom segment–where I share a quote or story that can spur us on to life better or help frame our worldview with more clarity.
